Those fluorescent tubes can be quite harsh on the eyes.
Isn't that Christopher Reeve? I know that he's been dead for some years, but surely seeing him at Lime Street is possibly marginally more likely than seeing Cilla or Jimmy Tarbuck.And you've not shown his lower legs or feet. He could have been wearing Merseyrail flip flops, for all we know.
